Q. Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets inside the cottages.

Q. Do we need to bring our own bedding and towels?
No, we provide all the bedding, towels and tea towels.  You just need to bring beach towels if you plan to visit the beaches.


Q. Is there car parking?
Yes there is space to park up to 2 vehicles per Cottage

Q. Where is the nearest 24hr supermarket?
There is 24hr Tesco supermarket situated in Pontardawe which is approx 2 miles away.

Q. Where is the nearest convenient store?
There is a well stocked general store in the village of Rhos which is just over 1 mile away.

Q. Is there a nearby cash point (ATM)?
Yes there is a cashpoint at the 24hr Tesco Supermarket situated in Pontardawe which is approx 2 miles away.

Q. What time can we arrive at the cottage?
The Cottages are usually available from 3pm.  This allows our cleaners time to clean and prepare the Cottage for your arrival.  However this may be negotiable if the Cottage has not been vacated on the same day.

Q. What time do we need to depart?
We ask guests to depart by 10am to give our cleaners time to prepare the Cottage for the next guests.

Q. Do we have to clean the Cottage for the next visitors before we leave?
The Cottages are thoroughly cleaned before our guests arrive by our cleaners.  However do we ask guests to leave the Cottage clean and tidy on their departure.

Q. Do we have to pay extra for heating?
No all heating and electricity costs are covered by the rent.  We also provide free logs if you wish to use the log burners which are in the living rooms.  In the colder months your Cottage will be pre-heated before your arrival to ensure that it is warm and cosy for you.

Q. Are there showers?
Yes each Cottage has a shower.  Cottage 1 has a downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom with a bath.  Cottage 2 has a downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower.

Q. Do you provide washing machines and tumble dryers?
Yes each Cottage has a washing/dryer available for your use.

Q. If there are any problems how can we contact you?
We live in the same village and we provide our contact details for you in case of any problems or queries.

Q. Do you provide directions?
Yes we provide detailed directions and we are available on our mobile phones to make sure that you arrive safely.  We greet you on arrival and show you around the Cottage. Don't forget that a welcome tray of tea, coffee, milk and freshly made traditional cake will be waiting for you.
